Doctors at Logan Reserve is a Mixed Billing Practice
Bulk billing is available for children with a Medicare card 15 years and younger, patients that hold a valid Health/Pension Concession card and Gold DVA patients. All the other group patients will need to pay an extra out-of-pocket gap fee on top of Medicare fees for each consultation including telehealth. The practice will submit the claim to Medicare to pay the rebate directly to the patient.
Please note we bulk bill the consultations in some special circumstances, such as wound review/care after skin surgery, vaccination, chronic disease care plan, health assessment, etc. as soon as the patients have no other additional issues need to consult doctors.
